Ep.92 Assassination of Charlie Kirk - one week later

I’m seeing pictures of Charlie Kirk alongside other modern political deaths of our time. Pictures of Mr. Kirk with President Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr., John F. Kennedy, and one other one that should not be included. That of a likeness of Jesus Christ. Jesus was neither a political nor religious martyr. He was the Lamb of God and his death fulfilled the plan of God Himself for redemption. His resurrection has ensured victory over death to those who believe in the work of the cross. Even though Jesus became man, He is God. Believers must not remove Christ's deity by making Christ's obedience to the father, a mere work of men. Don't create an idol regarding Charlie Kirk. Instead worship the living and very present Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. Of Charlie Kirk; it would be better to observe our own lives to see if in fact, we are as obedient as he was to Jesus Christ.
